Detailed Directions & Parking Instructions

Driving from Long Island via the Grand Central Parkway

  1. Grand Central Pkwy west towards Triboro Bridge;
  2. Exit at last exit, 31st St. Stay in right lane;
  3. Proceed straight off exit ramp and go under the elevated subway to Hoyt Ave which runs parallel to the Triboro Bridge.(keep a little right to avoid bridge);
  4. Proceed about 8 blocks to 21st Street ( “T” intersection ) and ;
  5. Left on 21st Street. Proceed about 2 miles to the 59th Street Bridge. ;
  6. Make the first left (east) as soon as you go under the bridge on to Queens Plaza South.;
  7. Park along the 59th Street-Queensboro Bridge abutment
    25 cent meters 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
    You must park head out to avoid a summons.
    If no spaces available you can make a right on 27th St. in small parking lot.

Driving from Manhattan via 59th Street Bridge Lower Deck

  1. Take Lower level of 59th Street-Queensboro Bridge;
  2. Stay to right and make first extreme right on to Queens Plaza South, which is the street parallel to the bridge. This is an awkward turn in traffic;
  3. Make your first right on to 27th Street (if you miss it just make the next right on 28th Street);
  4. Make your first right on 42nd Road and proceed 3 blocks to;
  5. Right on 23rd Street. Proceed one block to;
  6. Right on Queens Plaza South and immediately;
  7. Park along the 59th Street-Queensboro Bridge abutment
    25 cent meters 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
    You must park head out to avoid a summons.
    If no spaces available you can make a right on 27th St. in small parking lot.

Alternate from Manhattan via 59th Street Bridge Upper Deck

  1. Take upper deck and bear right near end of bridge to;
  2. Right on 21st Street;
  3. Make first right on to Queens Plaza South;
  4. Go 2 or 3 blocks to around 22nd, or 23rd or 24th Streets and then park;
  5. Park along the 59th Street-Queensboro Bridge abutment
    25 cent meters 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
    You must park head out to avoid a summons.
    If no spaces available you can make a right on 27th St. in small parking lot.

Subway to Queensboro Plaza

  1. Take the 7, N or W to Queensboro Plaza;
  2. Exit the elevated platform on the south side and walk one half block along Queens Plaza South towards Manhattan;
  3. Our office is on the corner of Crescent Street and Queens Plaza South.
    Please Note: Due to service changes ongoing at the MTA, please verify which trains are currently running the day of your appointment. The stations will not change but the trains that go there may vary due to the budget cuts or ongoing MTA construction projects.

Directions from Eastern Queens via Queens Blvd.

  1. Queens Boulevard West to just after 32nd Street and bear diagonally left on to Thomson Avenue. (Queens Blvd. follows diagonally right under the El and Van Dam St. is the hard 90-degree left);
  2. Go over the Thomson Ave Bridge and near the bottom make the diagonal right on to 44th Dr. Go about 100 yards and make first right on to Jackson Avenue;
  3. Proceed 2 long blocks to the second traffic light and make a left on 42nd Road(there is a new tall blue glass building on corner )and proceed 5 blocks to;
  4. Right on 23rd Street. Proceed one block to;
  5. Right on Queens Plaza South and immediately;
  6. Park along the 59th Street-Queensboro Bridge abutment
    25 cent meters 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
    You must park head out to avoid a summons.

  1. West on LI Expressway to Greenpoint Ave. which is the exit before Van Dam Street (which is last exit before the Midtown Tunnel);
  2. Bear Rt. at end of exit Ramp to Hunters Point Avenue;
  3. Continue on H.P.A. (You will cross over Van Dam Street) about ~ 1.2 miles;
  4. Right on 21st Street;
  5. Right on Jackson Avenue. Proceed about 3 blocks to 42nd Road (there is a new tall blue glass building on corner};
  6. Left on 42nd Road and proceed 5 blocks to;
  7. Right on 23rd Street. Proceed one block to;
  8. Right on Queens Plaza South and immediately;

  1. BQE East (North) to McGuiness Blvd Exit;
  2. Bear left at end of ramp and go straight under BQE to McGuiness Boulevard;
  3. Proceed North on McGuiness about 1.5 miles to and over Pulaski Bridge into Long Island City;
  4. At bottom of bridge make right at light on to Jackson Avenue;
  5. Proceed about 3/4 mile (about 4 blocks past Citibank Tower) and;
  6. Make left on 42nd Road (there is a new tall blue glass building on corner )and proceed 5 blocks to;
  7. Right on 23rd Street. Proceed one block to;

Arrive a few minutes early so that you can be relaxed when you see the dentist. It may also be a good idea to prepare any questions you might have about how best to maintain good oral hygiene.
